CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION
Younify cares about the safety of children. Because Younify service is not directed towards children under 18, they are not allowed to register with or use our service, or provide personal data. Younify does not knowingly collect Personal Information from users who are under 18 years of age. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information immediately.
INFORMATION RECORDED AND USE
During the registration process for creating a user account, we request the following information:

- Personal Identification Number (CNP) or Tax Code (CIF)

- Bank name
- IBAN (for user not resident in Romania)
For companies we may require additional information during the registration process, such as:

Contents of your User Account
Your invoices and invoice information that will be stored by us are:
- Invoice Emitter customer internal identifier
- Invoice emitter identifier
- Invoice number
- Invoice details: contains information on the invoice (Customer name for whom the invoice is issued; Address of the consumption point)
- Invoice amount
- Total amount to be paid
- Issue date
- Due date
- Payment details needed in order to process the payment
- Name of the bank or banks where you have accounts opened
- Customer number at that (those) bank (s)
We use the Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, referring URL, files accessed, errors generated, time zone, operating system and other visitor details collected in our log files to analyze the trends, administer the website, track visitor's movements and to improve our website.

We provide users with access to their Personal Information. Users may correct, update or remove any such Personal Information either by accessing their user account or by contacting Younify Customer Support Services. Such changes may take up to 48 hours to take effect. We respond to the enquiries send to the following address: email@example.com within 3 working days and to all other enquiries within 30 days.
